Blue Salad with Cabbage, Feta & Blueberries

INGREDIENTS

  • 1⁄2 head red cabbage
  • 1 small red onion, thinly chopped
  • 1 apple sliced
  • 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • salt&pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grape seeds oil
  • some lemon juice

STEPS

Thinly shred the cabbage and place it in a bowl.

Mix well and season with salt and pepper.

Add the sliced apple, red onion, blueberries, and the dressing.
